More than 20 years’ experience in:
Building safety systems from the ground up, training teams, conducting risk assessments and developing effective and compliant risk management programs have all been part of my responsibilities.
Developing, implementing, training and monitoring programs have been core to my work. This included reviewing and improving policies, work procedures and performance standards and strengthening critical risk frameworks.
Delivering management and improvement strategies based on reviewing work as done and testing effectiveness of systems.

We can visit your workplace to understand an issue firsthand or work with you online. Support ranges from a focused review or defined project to an ongoing safety partnership.
I bring more than 20 years’ experience across work health and safety, transport safety, risk and compliance in warehousing, logistics, transport, retail and professional services.
I have established and improved safety and compliance systems in small and larger organisations, translating legislation and standards such as ISO 45001 into structured, user-friendly frameworks. My experience includes developing systems and assurance programs that have received regulatory approvals and close-outs, ISO certification, met corporate client requirements and KPIs, and been tested through successful external audits and inspections.
